Born and raised in McKinney, Texas, Caleb grew up in a Southern household where he learned the strength in showing kindness and sharing compassion. Although he wasn't always dedicated to academics, his passion for learning ignited during his later years in higher education. He mastered the art of studying by connecting concepts rather than relying on rote memorization. During this time, Caleb also founded a peer academic coaching program, helping fellow students develop effective study habits.
In 2016, Caleb graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, with a focus on research and statistics in Psychology. Early in his career, he worked as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), partnering with industry giants like McAfee, Cisco, Dell Inc., HP Enterprise, HP Inc., and Thomson Reuters. This experience deepened his appreciation for the research and strategy required to deliver successful marketing campaigns.
In recent years, Caleb has honed his expertise in Marketing and Sales operations, playing a pivotal role on the front lines with revenue focused teams. He has been instrumental in integrating new tools to replace legacy systems, reducing the lag between campaign planning and execution, and bridging the gap between marketing-led opportunities and closed deals. Caleb specializes in gathering requirements for integrations, developing logic for automated workflows and APIs, ensuring database cleanliness and GDPR compliance, and providing robust reporting and analytics. His commitment to process documentation supports marketing teams in executing their go-to-market strategies with precision and efficiency.
